- I ONLY accept Pay-pal.
- Payment is to be made
within 5 business days from the date of purchase. If payment hasnít been received after
three days then Iíll try to contact you with an invoice. After 5 days you forfeit the item and
Iíll re-list it.
- If something comes up to
prevent you from paying within those 5 days then contact me BEFORE time is
up and we might be able to work out an extension. I do want your business so I am willing
to be flexible about 2-3 day extensions.
- Please make sure that
youíre payment has gone all the way through. When I see an order I immediately go to my e-mail. I should get 2 e-mails for every order,
one from Etsy and one from Pay-pal so I can compare shipping
addresses. If oneís missing then
somethingís wrong. Iíll check my
Pay-pal first but then I might end up contacting you in a few days with an

the continental United States. I do hope to expand if all goes well.
- I do add a small fee for
packing materials, Itís usually 50cents to $1.50, depending on how the

keep in mind thereís little I can do once itís in the mail.
- I check orders at least
once every night. I get your item
packaged as soon as I see Iíve received payment. I drop it off at the post office within 2-3 Business Days
from receiving payment. (I usually
take it the next morning for Monday-Thursday orders, or by the next Monday
for Friday-Sunday orders.)
- For the most part I
donít do returns.
- Read all item
descriptions carefully and ask any questions you have before you
- I try very hard to note
any and all damage and any weaknesses I know of in the item description.
Keep in mind these are hand made items so thereís bound to be small flaws
- Iím not responsible if
the item gets damaged or lost in the mail.
- If the item you received
is severely flawed (as opposed to mail damage) in a way not mentioned in
the description then contact me. Iíll need a photo of the flaw and a
description. If I think itís a faulty item then Iíll give you a refund of
the money you spent for the item itself and the original shipping
price. Return shipping is up to
you to pay. Youíll have one week from the time I agree to a return to get
the thing in the mail and let me know that youíve done so (I strongly
suggest you hold on to your mailing receipt as proof or buy a tracking
number). Iím not going to refund the money until Iíve gotten the item back
in my hands. You must contact me BEFORE you try sending the item back. If
I havenít agreed to a return then there isnít one Ė I wonít refund your
money Ė and I wonít spend any money sending it back to you again.
- If you get the wrong
item then contact me right away letting me know in detail what you got and
what you thought you where getting. Again, please read all the details on
the item description before you buy. If youíre right and I screwed up then
Iíll gladly accept the wrong item back and refund the original shipping
price for you to use to return the item with (standard USPS Parcel Post
without extra frills). Once I get the wrong item back Iíll either send you
the right item in its place without shipping charges (If I still have it
and you still want it) or give you a full refund of both the return
shipping and the item price so youíve lost no money in the deal. If the
return shipping is for some reason more then the original shipping, then
youíll have to send me a digital scan (one thatís readable) of the receipt
to get the full price (again, Iíll pay for standard USPS parcel post
shipping only, any extra frills you add on are up to you to pay for),
otherwise Iím just going to refund the same price for return shipping as
you paid for the original shipping, no more.
- If you want to return an
item and think youíve got a good case then youíll have one month from date
of purchase to make contact with me. Note thatís one-month from date of
PURCHASE not from the date you receive your item. That should give you
more then enough time. Any contact made after a month wonít even be

right now. Un-fortunately between work and school I canít guarantee that
Iíd have enough time to complete projects, so itís just better I leave
- If you see something you
like and would like a different version you can ďsuggestĒ it to me. I
might do it if I have time; I might not. But if I do take your suggestion
and itís completed within a short time Iíll contact you and give you the
first chance to buy. If itís something you suggested months ago and Iím
just now getting to it then I probably wouldnít contact you just because
Iíd figure by then your buying desires have moved on elsewhere.

Monday through Friday that is not a recognized holiday. Basically if your local bank and post
office are both open then itís a business day. Orders are totally accepted during holidays and weekends,
but wonít be shipped until the next business day at the earliest.

messages. You can try to contact
me through e-mail, but I donít check it regularly and Iím picky about the
messages I open so youíd have to be very specific in the subject
